New to riding and not sure what to
expect?
All new riders, whether complete beginners or experienced, will have their first session on our riding simulator. This is a fast track method to riding for new riders as you will learn the correct position, balance, rising trot and basic commands. For more experienced riders the simulator can fine tune your position, improve core stability and improve the application of aids.

* Hats - these can be hired from us if you don't
own one or wish to make up your mind whether if riding is the sport for
you before investing.
* Footwear - please ensure your footwear has a small heal, flat sole and a low instep. We have a small selection of boots for your use.
* Trousers - Jodhpurs are preferable but tracksuit pants are fine to start with. Jeans are not recommended because the seams may rub and flared trousers are not advisable!
* Coats/Jumpers - these need to finish above the hip to prevent you sitting on it and loose garments are not advisable.
* Gloves - should be worn to protect your hands from the reins.
